Does a Abit BH6 board accept High Density Ram?

Is High Density the same as Double Sided?

No. High density ram is lower priced, and only works with a limited number of chipsets. It won't even post on some boards. I found several listings for bh6 memory on yahoo. For example, at Silicon Mountain memory, they have a bh6 256 meg stick for $46.84. I would also search abit's archives for memory info for the bh6, to see what combinations will work. For example, you can't mix single sided with double sided on some boards.
