A month or so ago my graphic card broke... i sent it back to the company and they got it replaced, but a week afterwards, my pc did not want to turn on again (and it's not the gpu).

The problem ive got is that my computer runs the BIOS, and when it comes to where it's supposed to run Windows (or in my case, Linux) or a bootable cd, my screen goes black and nothing happens. My RAM sticks turn off (I've got a leds attached to my ram sticks that tell me how loaded it is..), and nothing happens.

I just replaced the CPU; since I presumed it was the CPU since I was overclocking it right before it broke, but now I replaced it and my computer still does not work!
I've tried disconnecting everything except for my graphic card and hard drive, and does not work...

Any ideas?
