I have a 3500+venice core great little chip
I run mine at 2.6@1.55v
I have run it at 2.7 stable but volts had to be 1.65v( that made me nervouse)
I also got it to post at 2.8 but needed 1.7v
so 2.6 is just fine
I have a big typhoon cooler on it
my ram is corsair value and a BFG motherboard

I've overclocked my S939 AMD 3800+ from stock 2.4 to OC 2.7 on my stock fan, and stock voltage, with no problems. I of course don't overclock it for long only for test purpose ...

I only wish I had higher cache than 512

Hi, I have a 3000+ (Venice) and an A8N-E.
I can run it at 2.6 alright but at 2.7 it starts to trip up on me. Also the voltage is about 1.55-1.6 here which is higher than I'd like it to be for long lengths of time.

I find I have to lower the speed of my memory down to DDR333 or DDR266 because only being able to do about 220mhz it gets in the way of the cpu overclock.
