I find it very strange that you in Graphics Card Hierarchy charts (the http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-geforce-gtx-480,2598-6.html) will find the ATI hd 4550 below the Geforce 6600 and 6800

I haven't find a single charts proven this
for instance:

So you think this is to old: =on&prod[3541]=on]http://www.tomshardware.com/charts/gaming-graphics-cards-charts-q3-2009-mainstream-quality/compare,1798.html?prod[3543]=on&prod[3541]=on

note its from q3 2009?

And do you really mean that a Nvidia Geforce 6800 Ultra will perform better than a ATI HD 4550???
Like it shows in http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-geforce-gtx-480,2598-6.html from April 19, 2010

Bevause of new drivers to the G6800

I hope that the people who made the charts have took into account for system configuration - otherwise they are not useful
