I'm building a new computer and I'm not sure which motherboard is better The ASUS P5B Deluxe/WiFi-AP Socket T (LGA 775) Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16813131028

Or the ABIT AW9D-MAX Socket T (LGA 775) Intel 975X ATX Intel Motherboard .

Theres only like a $10 difference so I don't care about the price. Thanks.

The ASUS one.

ASUS is no.1 for motherboards.

They both have roughly the same overclocking potential.
Go for the Asus if you need the extra PCI slots and for the Abit if youll do Crossfire (since itll be loseless).
Theres a non-WiFi P5B dlx for ~$185 by the way.

If you are an overclocker & are getting an E6300 or E6400 get the P5B.
If E6600 or up the AW9D.

If running stock with any CPU it's a toss-up depending upon features offered that you think may be useful.
