Pop ups

My sony vaio running windows 7 is being invaded by pop ups and a whole lotta flashing (pists or something , even my sound all of a sudden plays weird music out of the blue, I dont know how to fix these issues...Help please

If it continues after doing previous posters suggestion turn off the PC, turn it on and continually press F8 until you get the option to boot into safe mode, do so and then run a scan with Malwarebytes again.
