DIY pan/tilt webcam servo controller

I've put up a quick page below on making a cheap servo controller
for use with homemade pan/tilt webcams that use servos to move
the webcam. The controller can be made for ~$16, not including
postage. I'll add more details later, but this should be enough
to make one if desired.
