Recommendations for webcam with audio?

I'm trying to reduce the number of cables trailing from my PC, so I'm
looking for a webcam with a decent built in microphone. Something which
would pick up a person talking from a metre away, or so.

Also, it will need to be able to clip to the top of a TFT screen.

Any suggestions?
