i assume u dont want to do any gaming on it ? if u dont, then just about any video card will support that. i am unsure whether or not you will require a dvi connection for your monitor. so you are better off goin with something like a 7300gs 256mb.
and to be honest, i wouldn't accept those cards u linked for free
