Whats the difference????

At the end of January to mid Febuary I will look into a new system and am most concerned about a good mobo. Anyways I am looking at the Striker and "lower end" Asus p5N32-E 680i. Whats the difference? Just a neat heatsink and lcd poster? If so then a big markup for nothing. Lastly what other mobos can I look foward to during this time? I like the asus mobos better than the EVGA model because I am going to get a good sound card and like to remove the stock one.

Well to me having two physical audio ports (stock block and card ports) is an eye sore that really bothers me.
