Just bought a DFI LanParty 3200 from NEWEGG and need a PCI Express 16 video card. What do you recommend for a 12 pipe 450 Mhz core and 500Mhz memory clocks for less than $100, if such an animal exists? Thanks dudes!

It seems backwards that you're buying a mobo that's more expensive than the GPU, but whatever. The only real restraint you've said on the GPU is the $100 limit. Having 12 pipes and "animal" class clocks makes no difference if the architecture of the chip is obsolete. With that said, here are some options:

I really reccomend that you spend a little extra on the graphics card, especially considering the mobo you have. If you save just $100 you can possibly get a 7900GS/x1900gt. Both of those cards will eat anything in the $100 bracket for breakfast.

uhh if you seriously wanna stay under 100 bucks.. your best option is an x850pro or XT if you can find it.. or next best thing is an x800GTO.. both are pipeline unlockable... especially the x850pro... i had one and pipeline unlocked it x850XT and it worked beautifully for about a year.. then bf2142 came out... :lol:
