I have accidentally deleted the Transcriber. I then download from Microsoft
Download. However, the Transcriber toolbar overlap with the PPC toolbar. In
addition, the Transcriber program seems to hang up. Please advise how to
rectify the problems.

how are you trying to start transcriber? (it's in rom and you shouldn't
be able to remove it)

Start a new file in notes or word, then tap the selector at the bottom
right and see if it is not an option.

I am using ASUS 730. My original transcriber has been deleted although you
mentioned it is in ROM. I reinstall the transcriber but its toolbar overlap
with the pda toolbar. In addition, the transcriber seems to hang.
Pls advise

Sounds like your best bet is going to be to back up all of your data and
do a hard reset and start over. (don't do a "full restore" as it will
re-introduce your current problem)
