Yup everything fits. :D

You might need a bigger PSU for the G80s, not sure about power requirements. Someone correct me on this.

Go with a 975X mobo or 680i for C2D. The DS3 will do fine, even if you want to OC. The 975x and 680i work better with C2D.

Those boards all exceed what i'm looking for. All I need is one SLI slot since I do not plan on upgrading to a sli 8800. Any suggestions with this in mind?

Also the psu WR2 suggested looks as if the fan is facing upwards, will this be a problem?

I think you'd be fine with the DS3 mobo. If your budget is getting tight, maybe go for the E6600 instead on the 6700. Then you could get a better mobo if desired.

Oops, almost forgot. Get the 965P-DS3. I believe the G has onboard video which you don't need.

Theres no point in getting the E6700 like someone said just get the E6600 which can easily be OCed to the same performance level as the E6700.
