Hi! sorry for my terrible english!
I'm looking for a program for my webcam, I need it to controll my house when
i'm out, and I need to look directly in my house to controll my little
dog
))
I'm not looking for a program thet send email or picture to a email address,
I'm looking for a program that allow me to connect with another pc to a
special address, with password, and to see what's happening in my
house.....( I can't use MSNmessenger because it needs someone says "ok" at
the home's pc to allow the webcam connection ...)

Messenger with VNC? VNC will allow you to control the remote PCs desktop.
A dirty hack though :-p
Suppose you could just watch the feed on the remote PCs desktop if you were
gonna go with VNC.

You can use TrackerCam Software - it makes your computer into a web
server that broadcasts your images to a password-protected webpage.
You can download it for free from
http://www.trackercam.com/download
If you want to be able to rotate the webcam around so you can watch
your little dog as it walks around the house, you can also get a
TrackerPod robotic base for it from the same website.
