I'm just wondering when you would want to run a molex power connector to the auxilliary power input on an EVGA nForce 680i motherboard? I'm upgrading my system with this board and one Radeon X1950 XTX, which requires a single 6-pin PCI-E power connector.
This board is built for SLI setups and video cards that require their own power PCI-E power connector. I'm not sure when this connector would come in to use. The 6-pin PCI-E connector should be all the video card should need, correct?
