Windows 7 for new computer

what is the best way to buy and instal windows 7 home on to a new computer i just put together? Is there a way to buy the OEM version, put it on a flash drive, and install it even though there is no previous OS on the new computer? What do you guys recomend i do?

You don't have a CD drive at all? That's the easy way. Your BIOS will allow you to start fresh, from a CD (or is it a DVD...doesn't matter).

yeah i do have a CD/DVD drive and i think that answers my question thanks. i was thinking the OEM was download online only for some reason

Of course not! You can buy w7 Home Premium for $89 on newegg.com. Just search 'Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OEM'. I recommend 64-bit because you can access FAR more memory - 32-bit has a limit of 3.25GB realistically.
