Install ActiveSync on your laptop
Connect to laptop via ActiveSync bluetooth schema.
Set checkbox in PC ActiveSync's File->Connection Settings about "allow
network...."
In PPC Connectivity->Settings->Advanced->Network Card set combobox to The
Internet.
