good cheap intel gaming mobo...

what would a good not to expensive gaming mobo be for this build (preferably asus

intel core 2 duo conroe e6700 2.66 ghz (will be over clocked to about 3,2)

asus EAX1950XTX/HTVDP/512mb radeon (will later upgraded to dx 10)

1024 ddr2 corsair will be upgraded to 2048 mb

ok thanks is the ds 4 better than the ds 3?

oh and will it make any difference in performance if the video card is an asus EAX1950xtx and i get a gigabyte mobo instead of an asus?

Very nice board, i would have to say that board is much better than the DS3 but does it fit your budget.
I was trying to mix quality with medium prices, if you can afford $175+ there are better choices than gigabyte like DFI, ASUS and ABIT or even EVGA but now we are over $200

No, not in this case, some conflicts may occur when a ATI graphics card is used on a motherboard with a NVIDIA chipset and vice-versa but since these companies are in direct competition with each other this is to be expected
