problem receiving pictures v400 on cingular

It appears that I can send pictures just not receive them. We have
two phones on the account and trying to send a picture from one phone
to the other doesn't work. I just spent 45 minutes on the phone w/
cingular support and they have no clue. But they are going to have a
tech call me sometime between now and December 3rd. Fabulous.

Any ideas out there???

No, but if/when you get an answer, please post it here. We're having
picture problems (of all sorts) with Cingular too. Like sending a
picture to the phone that's sending it, and getting the message that
the phone receiving the picture isn't compatible with the picture.
