i forgot my windows 7 password,and hence i cant login to my system,will u pls tell me hw to get in my windows

What to do if you forget your Windows password

If you've forgotten your Windows password, you can reset your password by using a password reset disk or by using an administrator account. For more information, see Create a password reset disk or Reset your Windows password.

If you forget the administrator password and don't have a password reset disk or another administrator account, you won't be able to reset the password. If there are no other user accounts on the computer, you won't be able to log on to Windows and will need to re-install Windows.

You could try to boot from your win 7 disk and run startup and repair but I don't know if this would fix it.

Unfortunately, the backdoor 'Administrator' account that was enabled but many didn't know about only worked with XP, not with Vista or 7. See: http://www.petri.co.il/forgot_administrator_password.htm
