Minimum PSU for 8800 GTX

hi ppl yesterday i bought ASUS EN8800GTX
but i think i have PSU short of breath that is its only 500 watt PSU

but there is another thing that i wuold like to mention here is that i dont have extra prepherials to run on it like i have only one HDD SATA that is and probably a DVD rom at the most plus two fans 80mm fans in the casing

ther system is e6600 stock speed
P5n32-E SLI
i would like to have your thoughts weather i should run this card on this supply or not

Then call your friend and ask him exactly which namebrand and model number it is.

I cheated using my APC battery backup w/ Power Chute software. It can tell you your system load. 352 Watts is a little high because I have my LCD hooked up to it. None the less, it still leaves some room for another hard drive ect.

If you take notice you will see that hardly any dual 12v rail PSU's are being produced anymore, its either a really strong single rail or a quad rail.

Dual 12v rail psu's are of the most horrid design ever because most of the time the amperage is not properly distributed across the system as a whole.

Single, Triple or Quad is the way to go.
