SO? i get 4500 with my P4 630 single core 3.0ghz and 7900GT with 2.5gb Of DDR400. how much did i spend? NOTHING my parents bought me it =].

Anyway you SLI'ed GTO when a single 8800GTS for 450$ could beat both of em. and possibly score higher since you got a nice processor.

Yea but I built this 3 months ago..........before 8800's lol I got impatient.. hehe Plus.. I never buy a card right off the shelf.. always problems with them... every time

Maybe you can do the STEP up program since i see that thier both EVGA's maybe you could get an 8800GTX if its not to late, EVGA step-up gives you 90 days to do so hopefully you havent wasted all that time yet....

Can you post a comparative benchmark? I know your cpu kicks mine to the curb, but my video is somewhat comparable to yours and it seems that 3Dmark06 must make the most of SLI setups as I can only get a score of around 4500.

If you look at my signature, you'll see a comparative benchmark for 3dmark05. What I was asking, was for you to post the same for your 3dmark06 score. It'll give everyone a better look at what you're running, and at what speeds, so they can do a dynamic comparison.

What does this have to do with what I asked? You can find the settings by clicking on my sig. And why the"lol"? So you spent a buttload of money and got a nice bungholio mark. With the kind of money you spent, you could've done better. If you really want bragging rights, get rid of your $hit rig and get a QX6700 Kentsfield with 2 8800GTX in SLI.

Either way his system kicks our to the curb i can score about 7005 with my system i think my old P4 630 is bottlenecking the true potential of my 7900GT, which when OC'ed to 590/1770 still only gives me 100+ marks.

haha funny you make me laugh actually because 1. i paid 300 bucks and i got a processor that runs faster then a 1,000 dollar piece of silicone and still has 4MB of cache and 2 its 2300 stock on the CPU thats 270 somethin less then what you got yippee + uhh yeah 2300 stock, still fast like really fast you paid 700 more then me for an extra 270 points AHAHAHAHA funny man funny, you gonna buy me a QX6700 mister money bags?

not to mention the X6800 and the E6600 are more or less the same chip, one just doesnt have its multiplier locked and the 6600 does, witch doesnt matter because i can reach wicked fast FSB speeds witch make up for the multiplier lock

Yup I know, shitty RAM on the card that WILL NOT overclock even 10MHz.

The RAM is holding my card back. Still, you should be able to hit WAY more than 9.5k
