Every time I try to sync my PPC I get a message from ActiveSync stating
"Synchronization Error". I've tried just about everything I can think of to
resolve this, but I can't figure out what's wrong. There's really no log
for me to look at to see what's going on. I've tried searching MS Support
but haven't found much of anything. I used to be able to sync this device
just fine. I've changed the device ID on the PPC to something else, but I
don't see what that should matter. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a
number of times. I've reset my device to factory defaults. I'm running
ActiveSync 3.8 on WindowsXP Pro SP2. Any suggestions are appreciated.
