Hello, how do I download and install default mail client on windows 7?

Here is the detail of thequestion. I wanted to contact WaterBase by using their email. While I click on their email address, the following message appeared: "default mail client not properly installed." Because of this, I couldn't communicate with WaterBase so far. I am using Windows 7. So, my question is, how can I download and install default mail client on windows 7? Thank you.
