Cannot format USB flash drive with win7 64bit, any suggestions?

1. Type format<space> "your drive letter" and press Enter twice.
exa-: C:\Documents and Settings\admin>format h:
2. then the Command Prompt setup will verify the file system and ask you to enter a name for your Drive - Volume label
Thats it.
then your Pendrive / USB Drive will format Successfully.
