I need a good quiet 80mm intake and 120mm exhaust fan. What are some of the better more quiet fans out there. Heres what my system cooling looks like right now
Cooler Master Centuron 5
1-80mm intake
1-120mm exhaust
Arctic Cooling Freezer64
ATI 800xl AIW stock cooling
Silverstone stf675 psu(upgraded fan)
I dont do any gaming and most of the stuff I do on my pc these days is very light on the cpu so it runs quiet cool. Do you guys think having the intake fan is even really needed? It seems to make the system so much more noisy even though the fan itself isnt that noisy on it own, I think it has to do with creating a little bit of pressure in the case or something causing the other fans to become noisier??? With the 120mm exhaust plus the 80mm exhaust fan in the power supply do I really need that intake fan?? The Centurion lets quite a bit of air in on its own since the whole front of the case is perforated. Whatr do you all think??
