How to sync e-mail FROM PDA???

Hi all.
I can sync the incoming tray of the Outlook with the PDA, so i can download
all the recent mail into the PDA and read it on it, but i can't find the way
to sync the outgoing mail FROM the PDA with the outlook.
For example, i want to be out of home, write my e-mail on my PDA, and when i
arrive home, upt my PDA on the cradle and automatic send all the mail writed
on the PDa to internet.
Is there a way for doing this??
I'm using PPC2003, iPaq 4150 and the ActiveSync 3.7.1

This is how it should work out of the box. There is an option 'Sync
outgoing items as they are sent" in activiesync but I believe this tries to
sync your device the moment you hit send in pocket outlook. When you do
your replies and new mail fromt he device, are you saving the e-mails as
drafts or actually tapping send?

Use IMAP if your vendor supports it. I have four accounts on my PDA, and it
works like a charm.
Check with your favorite system administrator to enable this.
