More Information

Hi All,

I am putting together a new rig with the following specs.

-P5B Deluxe Mobo
-C2D E6600. (Gonna try to OC to 4GHz)
-Swiftech H20-220 Apex Ultra cooling kit
-2 7200 HD's
-2 - 1 GB DDR2 800
-GeForce 8800GTS Card
-1 DVD Burner
-1 120mm fan

I played around with the power supply calculator here:
http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculator.jsp

But would get huge differences in recommended wattage depending on power sullpy utilization, surge compensation, and capacitor aging selections. I am not really sure what I should choose for these.

How big of a PSU will I need to run this setup?
I was thinking a 650W would be plenty.
Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks.
