cheapest setup to overclock Pentium D 805

I know the Pentium D 805 overclocks quite well. Could someone suggest the cheapest motherboard and RAM combo to get the most out of the CPU? I also hope to use my AGP video card, but if not what's a cheap PCIe video card? I mainly use the computer to edit large photos. Sorry I don't know much of the current computer technology. Thanks.

No matter how low your budget it, it's still not worth it to get the Pentium D 805.

I have one and it flies, if you can get one for around $80 id go for it

You'd be better off going for an E6300 or Athlon X2 3800+. How much money do you have to spend?
