I am building a new computer with the following components. My question is, what CPU cooler would be a good choice for my system and the easiest to install? Also, I have not decided on a case or UPS yet, your opinion would really be appreciated.

Motherboard : ASUS P5W64 WS PRO
CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 / 2.66 GHz processor
Raid Controller : Areca ARC 1220
RAM : Corsair TWIN2X2048-8500C5D
Hard Drives : (2) WD1500ADFD (2) WD5000YS

CPU cooler, I'd go with the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro, nice, cheap, easy to install, one of the best coolers out there.

Case-wise, whatever you like or looks nice. Ask that in the case forum, you'd get a lot more help there...

Do you mean UPS like Universal Power Supply for a battery back-up... or a PSU to power your system...

Thanks Doughboy for your input. I'll post question to the case forum on case selection. I meant Universal Power Supply. If you have opinion on that I would appreciate it.
