Inaccurate Temp readings?

I got a 7950GT and at stock speeds /w stock cooling it runs at 41-42 idle and 52-ish underload

That seems pretty cool so i decide to oc it a bit..went from 570/1400 to 625/1600 and the temp is the same!!

I used RivaTuner/PC Wizard 2005 and the Nvidia Panel to monitor the temp and all says the same.

Inaccurate or my card is just cool like that?

3 out of 3 monitors has the same reading =/

i was expecting a good 10c increase with that OC

can anyone recommand a good GPU temp monitor?
