shader model 3.0

I want to buy a video card for around $100 and it needs shader model 3.0
I know the radeon X1 series has it.
I wanted to know which version of nvidia has it too.
And any suggestions for a 3.0 card for around that price.
Forgot to add its for a pci express not agp.

Some games require it.

Agreed. Been seeing them for just around $100 lately. To the OP: anything less than a 7600GT will be a sm3.0 slide show.

7600GT is a great deal at $100.
