Zalman or arctic cooling?

What would be better to cool an e6400. I have this mobo:

So It already comes with the ability to manually or automatically adjust fan speed which pretty much renderrs the fan controller useless =/. Is the zalman worth 10 bucks more? Thanks.

Zalman has lowered their prices a bit, but from the performance point of view, its still not worth it.
If youve got the extra $10 to spare the TT TB VX is an awesome deal for the price.

WOW! that thing is huge! Won't that like destroy my mobo? Seems worth it though since comments says it is light for it's size. anyone else care to comment before I order?
EDIT: does it work with e6400? Seems to, 775 socket but I want to make sure.

Nah, the BigTyphoon is just standard weight for the high-end league of coolers, just be careful not to bump your case around when transporting it.
It can cool P4s, Xeons, C2Qs, anything that can fit in a 775 LGA socket, so yes, definitely will keep your E6400 at very nice temps.
