when i shutdown the screen displays (it is now safe to turn off your
computer) but the hardrive is still active, even pressing the power button to
turn of doe`s not work. so i have to switch it off from the mains. i had xp
home edition but upgraded to xp pro. i did not have this problem with xp home
edition. any idea`s. thanks mark
