A buddy of mine whose mobo and/or CPU just died on him asked me to post for him. He's looking to get a C2D 6300 or 6400 but wanted recommendations for a low cost mobo. His main concern is 4 memory slots and a PCIe x16 slot. He uses it mainly for gaming, but sometimes converts video/music files. Thanks in advance.

Get the gigabyte S3 or the biostar Tforce 965PT. THese are the best boards you could get for around $100.
