I have a Toshiba Pocket PC e800 running Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition.
My Bluetooth card works just fine after a reboot, but after a mere
power-cycle, or a remove-reinsert, it is not recognized as anything--i.e.,
it does not trigger the driver, which should put up the Bluetooth icon, etc.
I know that this worked at one time, but since that time I did a hard reset,
etc. I'm afraid that since the last hard reset, I may have inserted the card
before installing the driver. I know that in the bad old days of Windows CE
2.11, such a sin could be remedied only with another hard reset and
reinstallation of all applications. Is WinCE 4.2 still that unreasonable, or
is there now an easier way (e.g., via the Registry) of telling WinCE that my
card should immediately trigger a particular driver?
