Hi all,

hi all,

Need some help again.. using XP Pro, single user

What I did:

created context menu options using 4 different batch files:

Menu Item: batch file:

Print Directory dir %1 /-p /o:gn > structr.txt
Print Contents dir /a > foldlist.txt
Print Contents Names Only dir /b > foldlist.txt
Print Playlist dir /b > playlist.m3u

Went to "Folder Options" the File Types tab and clicked on "Folder",
then clicked on "Advanced", in the new window clicked on "New" and
entered the Action to take (the Menu Item above) and pointed to the
appropriate batch file.

The Print Directory and Print Contents should give me the same
result, with different file names, but when I use either one, it
writes the file "structr.txt" the other two work fine and write the
correct filename.

Here' s the challenge. I went in to either edit or remove the Print
Directory item, but the option to edit or remove is greyed out and I
can't "fix" it.. How do I gain access here so I can figure out why
both the Print Directory and Print Contents entries are writing the
same filename even though the batch files are telling it to write
different names??

thanks,
niteowl
