Not sure exactly what you mean by internet filters - parental control, or, inprivate browsing, activeX filtering, filters related to the 4 trust levels in IE?
Give us some more info about the problem (if it is a problem) or which feature you're wanting to control, and someone in the group will have the answer for you.
