OEM board... ouch...
Forget about even mildly overclocking with that board, I can tell you that much.

Top-tier manufacturer of a good board. Not cutting edge. It's been out a while and it has a chipset that frankly, is dated. Here is a review that puts it in perspective. And as rwaritsdario said, it's not good for overclocking.

And considering it's OEM, you may not be getting the other stuff that is bundled with the retail version which would make this even a poorer choice. If the price is right, though, it could make a decent-performing budget system, just don't think it would be worthwhile to put a higher-end chip in it because you can't put a hemi in an economy car and expect it to work well.

I like the layout, pretty stable, 0 overclocking as stated, and would stay away from OEM mobo as stated, again!

You're SOL for 1333Mhz FSB CPUs, lets not forget that.

Good point! 333 will be really hard to reach

My friend that worked at the same computer shop picked one because he liked the layout and such and fought to bring it to ~300. Lucky he could swap it for P5B dlx without any problems!
