Is this worth it?

Im looking to buy a new gaming computer. Im sort of computer illiterate but ive been looking around and this one looked good. I dont want a hardcore system, just something that will allow me to raid with atleast 15 fps and actually be able to function. (i play wow) Was just looking on some advice and if this system was up to par for what i was looking for. (I wasnt really sure if this was the correct forum, so sorry if it isnt)
