Hi.

I was wondering if anyone was working on a driver for Linux for the
Logitech Quickcam Messenger camera?

I have checked google, http://qce-ga.sourceforge.net/,
http://www.linuxcompatible.org/cdetail11662.html,
http://www.smcc.demon.nl/webcam/ and the likes, but...

But maybe there is a project somewhere.

Yes it is.

Look at http://www.quickcamteam.net/softwa [...] te-driver. I was able to built the module in ubuntu hardy (8.04) with kernel 2.6.24.
