Only an Athlon 64 3200. I got the heatsink because I have a windowed case and it looks cool. It's also damn effective - with Cool 'n' quiet on, the fan barely spins when the CPU's idling (you can just about read the label on the fan's spoke hub!)

wow what are your temps?

Dunno - I actually turned cool 'n' quiet off as I found the fan speeding up and slowing down more annoying noise-wise than a constant pitch. I might turn it back on to check out the temps and do a comparison with having the fan running at full tilt.
3x120mm fan radiator
1/2" inner diameter tubing (UV GREEN)
swiftec pump mcf650
polar flo water block (they stopped making them lol great waterblock though)
and a horribly constructed fill-bleed system!
water got so dirty i haven't changed it(copper is oxidizing)! still good temps, dust in radiator really a ***** to clean. when it was fresh and no dust clogging the Rad, temps were room temperature + or - 1 degree idle. and load was +6~8
now its like +10 to those numbers haha, too much dust.
truly overkill, but i suggest to you wannabe watercooling people out there, invest in a fill-bleed kit and an air filter for your radiator!
