7600GS w/512 ddr2 or 7600GT w/256 ddr3

Which card is better for gaming:
both are PCI express 16. Looks to me like the 7600gt has better numbers, but I can't get past the 512 mb of ddr2. What will produce the best gaming experice?

The 7600GT is FAR faster than the 7600GS, especially considering it's using DDR2 vs the GT's DDR3. Couple that with the much higher clocks of the 7600GT and you have a clear winner!

GT. 512 RAM for a mid-low card is crazy. Its only needed with cards fast enough to use it, like a 7900GTX.
