Philips 720 & 740 webcam Optics

Are the lenses of the philips 720 & 740 webcams the same?

The 3com 3 lens kit will also work with the the philips webcams
& visa versa. I was also trying to figure out a way of using a c-mount
closed circuit tv lens on my philips webcams. This cannot be done
unless i build a housing for the webcam electronics & then incorporate the
lens.
