Old socket 478 upgrade?

I currently have a p4 preshott with 533 fsb... i am looking to upgrade to a 3 ghz processor just for the sake up upgrade. The reasons for this are becasue the 533 bus is crippling my ram (to 333) and it wont run in dual channel with this processor... so which one of these socket 478's will do me best.. i want it as cheap as possible.. anything wrong with open box. As well what is RoHS

Off topic, lets say i could spend this ~$80 on anything ... should i upgrade my fx5500.. and what choices for agp

I'd wait to get more money, however, if you want to build with what you've got:
A good 'upgrade for ~$80 (or slightly more) would be a good socket 754 board with chipset capable of FSB 300+ and sempron 2600+ (you can find it @ about $30 now). Keep your video card and ram clocking back (if not overclocking ram) and the thing should easily run @ 2.4G, nearly as a 3.4G prescott P4.
