I was wondering what power supply I should buy for crossfire x1950xt's?

I was looking at this power supply and wondering if it has enough power (or may be too much) and supplies the required amperage on the 12V rails?

750 Watts:

I don't know much about power supplies and what not, how do you go about figuring out what amperage is needed for the graphics cards? Here are the stats for the 650 Watt ps:

Do you just add the two 12V rails?

Also does Silverstone make good power supplies? What is the best power supply per dollar spent? Thanks.

PC P&C is considered the best, they are expensive though. Silverstone, Seasonic and OCZ make very good psu's at a decent price. Either of the ones you've chosen will work. You can check your requirements at http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculator.jsp
