Beep from mb when playing wmp w/internet connection

Had 2 power outs yesterday.And no I dont have a ups.Ive noticed that when I want to stream from the net using win media player I get a beep.First time I used it it didnt even come up(wmp)I have a sb2zs and my sound shut off from the board using pci Help??

Oh well...now its stopped,who knows EHH??
