More about first build check compatibility
  1. yeah, this is one of the few threads that i cant really think of anything to change/improve on. the only thing that you might consider changing is what mpilchfamily suggested, get ddr2-800 instead of 667/675
  2. how about these rams, not sure which is best because i dont know about ram.I want one that i dont need to overclock or change timings to run at the 800mhz (i think thats what the 800 means if im not mistaken) speed and have a fast timing but is about $250.Also if these arent good can you guys suggest some fast ram for gaming or just in general.

    buffalo firestix (newegg)

    Geil (newegg)

    OCZ (newegg)

Also i know 2 of these are kind of abscure ram making companies but like i said i know nothing of ram.
