Questions Regarding Panasonic KX-HCM230 and KX-HCM280

I am trying to see if I want a Panasonic KX-HCM230 or 280 for the
following purposes:

1. I want to include in my rented website the live images from this
camera.

2. I did it with another camera but the picture quality is not good.
The idea is to connect the camera direct to the internet and be able
to see the images inside my rented website.
