need suggestions for webcam conferencing

I am part of a volunteer group. There are about 10-15 of us. I want to be
able to conference us together via webcams.

Can someone suggest software or a service that can do this for us?

I'm having trouble finding something that fits for a group of volunteers
this size. All I see is business type offerings that is way too much
overkill (in terms of cost and features).
